With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring extensive technical knowledge and practical, real-world expertise to every inspection. My background spans all aspects of construction, from light residential homes to heavy commercial projects, and from foundations to roofing. Having worked in roles ranging from labourer and site foreman to business owner, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of building systems,
construction practices, and property conditions.

As a Red Seal Log Home Builder, I also possess the specialized knowledge required to inspect log homes and timber structures. My experience allows me to identify potential concerns and provide clients with clear, accurate information to support informed decisions.

As a proud member of the Home Inspectors Association BC and the BC Log and TimberBuilding Industry Association, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
